Workshops and Seminars

Every year I'm asked to give workshops at schools, libraries, arts festivals, business organizations. It's very exciting to be part of the events.
Teaching is quickly becoming one of my favorite things to do. Most of the events I do are either free or for a low low stipend, so I have to be careful of agreeing to do too many. This year so far, I gave a workshop at the Teen Arts Festival at County College of Morris, The Learning Carnival for Gifted and Talented Students of Morris County and Gave a Marketing lecture at the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce. I've included two photos of the two children's workshops. At this workshop I help the students learn the process of creating a fantasy illustration. I love how they come in all excited and run around looking at all the illustration samples, but then as soon as they are given time to draw they all are silent and concentrated on making extremely imaginative drawings.
